Stories: Excerpt 1

Sorry the pages are not working so I decided to post it as a new post...

Excerpt:

We’re chatting as we enter the dark tunnel. I laughed at her stupid jokes about immortals, how she did her research and what she found out. She turned out of the tunnel and that’s when she sees it. A dog popping out of nowhere. She spins the steering wheel and the whole car is whirling. I screamed grabbing onto the handle at the top of the car, but it didn’t seem to hold me up thought. I slammed my head against the window as the balloon pops in front of my face; my face dripping from blood where I hit my head.
I moaned.
“Lyn,” I called, but she didn’t answer. The car moved again and I hit my head again on the window, but only this time darkness caught me.
The next thing I know is that I’m outside of the car and my head is bleeding like hell. I moaned and groaned, until I realized that Lyn was still in the car. She was patting against the window slowly and blood dripping from her arm to her hand. My eyes widen remembering what happened. She was still tapping on the window of the car hoping that I could save her since I’m outside, but the only problem was that I don’t recall climbing out of the car. I tried to stand, but my legs were like jello. Instead, I motioned toward Lyn, then someone from behind yanked me back and I saw Lyn screaming, hitting the window harder. I struggled to break free, but whoever it was, was too strong beside that I had a concussion on my head.
